Earlier this year, our Leadership Team discerned the need to expand the leadership capacity of Neighborhood Church by expanding the existing Leadership Team. We invited our partners into a process of discerning who the next members of the LT needed to be. The current team met with each of our Micro-Churches and invited you to nominate partners whom you believed were gifted to serve in this capacity. We weren’t sure what to expect, but were thrilled to receive seven nominations.

After several months of conversations and prayer, we are excited to announce that Manda Gibson, Geddes Self, and Rachel Cox will be joining our team. This Sunday evening, December 10, we’ll be hearing from our new LT members and will have a time of prayer and affirmation.
